HAMAR, Norway (May 3, 2007) -- Det Norske Veritas (DNV)
has concluded that Norsk Tipping meets
with the security requirements laid down by the World Lottery Association (WLA).
This makes very satisfying reading for us. We are very
happy with the conclusion, and are proud to accept the compliment, says
Security Manager Werner Bosaaen of Norsk Tipping. Det
Norske Veritas carried out a two-day periodic audit of Norsk Tipping against
the WLAs security standard.
The report concluded with 0

We have the second-highest level of control over our three
main areas of focus, and we received praise under positive indications, Bosaaen

year has been of an exceptionally high standard. This is clearly expressed in

Lottery, City of Roswell Launch Space Invader® Scratcher Game to Celebrate
UFO Anniversary All Net
Revenues Support Legislative Lottery Scholarships
ROSWELL, New Mexico, USA (April 25, 2007) -- Sixty years
after a rancher discovered the possible remains of an alien spacecraft on his
land north of Roswell, the space invaders are returning to New Mexico -- and
this time they're bringing prizes.

The New Mexico Lottery and the City of
Roswell launched the Space Invader(R) Instant Scratcher game on Tuesday, April
24. Each ticket bears the city's logo for the "Amazing Roswell UFO
Festival." The festival commemorates the 60th anniversary of the legendary
UFO crash, which sparked speculation and accusations of a government cover up
that are still being debated today. "The lottery's
Space Invaders game will help us share the UFO anniversary and its place in New
Mexico's folklore and history with our neighbors statewide and with visitors
from around the world -- and perhaps beyond," said Roswell Mayor Sam
LaGrone. "We are also thrilled to support the education of New Mexico's
youth." The Amazing Roswell UFO Festival is
scheduled for July 5-8, 2007 in Roswell. Mayor LaGrone said more than 50,000
people are expected to attend the festival. The New Mexico Lottery is one of
several festival sponsors. Lottery CEO Tom Romero said
the Space Invader game has broad appeal. "Space
Invaders brings back the nostalgia people feel for the original arcade game
introduced 30 years ago and it celebrates a regional event that has helped
introduce people worldwide to all the many fine attributes of New Mexico,"
Romero said. "We expect player response to be out of this world."
The $2 Space Invader game is available now at New Mexico
lottery retail outlets. The game features a chance to win top prizes of
$10,000. Players can enter non-winning tickets into a May 31 second-chance
drawing for a Space Invaders Arcade Game, valued at $3,600, and a trip package
to the UFO Festival. The winner of a second Space Invaders Arcade Game will be
selected in a drawing to be held July 8 at the UFO Festival. Information on how
to enter the second-chance drawings is available at
http://www.nmlottery.com/scratchers/Scratchers.htm
or at lottery retailers.
All net revenues from the
sale of lottery games benefit the Legislative Lottery Scholarship program,
which provides tuition assistance for New Mexico residents attending the
state's public colleges and universities. Since its
inception in 1996, the Lottery has raised more than $309 million for college
tuition and school construction and repairs in New Mexico. More than 43,000
students have received Legislative Lottery Scholarships in the last decade.

encourage others to support the Relay, either by taking part themselves or by
supporting participants financially, Carinci said.
Investing in Atlantic Canadas communities is
important to the Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC). ALC staff live, work and
raise families here and have enjoyed success over the past three decades,
