Its
gaming machines incorporate secondary bonus rounds, advanced graphics, digital
sound and engaging game themes, some of which include popular songs and
recognized trademarks. Its gaming machines are installed in all of the major
gaming jurisdictions in the United States and in numerous foreign
jurisdictions. The Company is focused exclusively on the design, manufacture
and marketing of video and reel-spinning gaming machines and video lottery
terminals. WMS conducts its gaming machine business through its subsidiary, WMS
Gaming Inc.
The Company has discontinued its contract manufacturing of
video games, with operations expected to cease effective September 30, 2000.
During fiscal 2000, the Company shuts down its former pinball game design
and manufacturing and cabinet manufacturing operations.
