Owner Revolution Inc formerly Schafer Systems Inc.
was founded to produce lottery ticket dispensers and point of purchase displays
for the lottery industry in 1986. Owner Revolution has grown to nearly 90
employees working at its four wholly-owned subsidiaries in Adair and Atlantic,
Iowa. In addition to its Schafer Systems lottery point-of-purchase products
subsidiary, other subsidiaries include Connect-A-Dock a marine and sales
organization producing floating docks and a two-person fishing boat, The
Plastic Professionals Custom Rotational Molding and The Plastic Professionals
Custom Mold Building operations. Owner Revolution Inc. has been employee-owned
since 1999 and has received national recognition for its successful integration
of employee ownership into its corporate culture. Owner Revolution Inc. has
received numerous awards including the Nebraska/Iowa ESOP Association ESOP
Company of the year in 2003, the National ESOP Association Communications
Excellence award in 2002, and the Psychologically Healthy Workplace award from
the Iowa Psychological Association in 2001 and 2002.

ADAIR,
Iowa (March 25, 2005) -- J. Michael Downey has been named the new CEO of Owner
Revolution Inc. and its subsidiaries Schafer Systems Inc., Connect-A-Dock Inc.
and Plastic Professionals Inc. He replaces former CEO Victor Aspengren who
resigned to pursue other interests.
Downey has been closely associated with
Owner Revolution Inc. for the past five years as a member of its Board of
Directors.
"Owner Revolution has built a tremendous foundation for its
future, and now we intend to seize these opportunities by a renewed focus on
customer service, product quality and turnaround, and new product
development" Downey stated.
Downey holds a degree in Industrial
Engineering from Iowa State University and a law degree from the University of
Iowa. He also serves as chairman and CEO of HandEra, Inc., an Iowa based
engineering company that specializing in contract engineering services and
handheld computer solutions for industrial applications.
