Dynasty Gaming Inc. is a Montreal-headquartered company engaged primarily, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, in the development and marketing of gaming software. The company’s proprietary Mahjong Mania software, for use under license by online gaming and sports betting operators, is a first-to-market, cash-wager version of Mahjong, a game played by millions worldwide.

Since marketing began in second-half 2005, licensing agreements for Mahjong Mania have been signed with 13 online casino operators. The most significant contract to date, finalized only in January 2006, is with Ladbrokes, the world's largest bookmaker and a leading online casino operator with a large Asian and Chinese client base. An aggregate, cash-wager version of Mahjong was launched on the Ladbrokes site on January 19, 2006. Mahjong Mania has also been licensed to a unit of the Macau-based Ho Group and it is currently being offered for instructional and free play on Homahjong.net and for cash-wager play on Homahjong.com. These two sites are devoted exclusively to the playing of Mahjong. Three other licensing agreements have also been signed and integration of the game on these sites is underway.
