AGS supplies product and services to both the gaming
and wagering industries, land-based and online. The AGS VSS
(VideoSubSystem.com) has been in commercial operation in Australia since
September 1998 and has been constantly refined. The VSS was first installed in
over 50 Clubs providing Keno Displays in the Australian Capital Territory
(through ACTTAB Limited.) The VSS has been operational in approximately 650
SA Lotteries venues in South Australia since 2002. The introduction of the VSS
by SA Lotteries has been solely attributed to a turn around in revenue trends
from declining to an impressive 29% increase over the ensuing 7 years (see
graph below).

The VSS has operated in a 3-channel mode in
approximately 1000 of Tabcorp's Keno venues in New South Wales clubs. This
installation was through Club Gaming Systems Pty. Ltd. in December 1999. The
VSS is the Display Solution of choice by Tattersals throughout its 250
Queensland network agencies. As a result, the VSS has passed the rigorous
Queensland Office of Gaming regulation (QOGR) approval process. The South
Australia Totalisator Board (SATAB) has installed the VSS in 160 Outlets.
Tried and tested technology AGS'
target market and product strategy are to provide first grade quality software
that meets the uncompromising demands of the gaming and financial
industries. Unlike the vast majority of display solutions available, the AGS
VSS is built to the exacting standards required by gaming regulators in first
world jurisdictions such as Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital
Territory, South Australia and Nevada. The displays must not be allowed to
provide anything but accurate and regulator approved information at any time.
The quality of the software and the extended testing it undergoes (eg: BMM),
sets the VSS in a different "class" to other display solutions. The AGS
Video Sub System has been thoroughly tested and certified by the independent
testing agency, BMM International Pty. Ltd. (www.bmm.com). Established in 1981,
BMM is an Accredited Testing Facility (ATF), under the Australian scheme for
accreditation of independent testing facilities for gaming and wagering
systems. AGS' retail display software (VideoSubSystem.com) as early as 1998
for use in the Clubs of the Australian Capital Territory. The VSS was then
licenced to NSW Club Keno outlets, Tattersalls venues in Queensland, South
Australia TAB and South Australian Lotteries. The introduction of the VSS into
these operations led to significant and sustained increases in operator
profits.
