Biography: David Loeb President of
WCLC
In June 1997, David Loeb was named WCLC President
after serving three years as Acting President. Loeb joined the Corporation in
1983 as Manager of Special Projects and spent 11 years with the organization
before being named Acting President in March, 1994. He attended the University
of Manitoba, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce
(Hons.) and Chartered Accountancy degrees.
The Western Canada Lottery Corporation is a Regional
Marketing Organization responsible for marketing lottery products in the
provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The Yukon, Northwest
Territories, and Nunavut participate as Associate Members.
Loeb is currently serving as President of the
Interprovincial Lottery Corporation and has also served as NASPL's
representative to the World Lottery Association (WLA).
