Biography: Chuck Keller
is the director of the Lottery Division of the Office of Attorney General,
North Dakota. Previously, he was the chief auditor of the Gaming Division of
the office. Chuck has been with the office for nearly 21 years, and has worked
in state government for over 33 years. Chuck is a certified public
accountant, and has a Masters Degree in management, Bachelor of Science Degree
with majors in business administration and accounting, and an Associate Degree
of Applied Science in data processing. He is married and has two children.
