Mr. Angel Sánchez Cánovas is the General
Director of Organización Nacional de
Ciegos Españoles (O.N.C.E.)
The Director General’s
executive functions include the provision of Social and Specialised Services
for Blind and Visually impaired people, the commercial exploitation of the
Cupón and other authorised Gaming activities, and the Economic and
Financial Management of the institution. In this regard, he lays down
Management rules, formulates action plans and yearly budgets and represents the
O.N.C.E. to all types of Public and Private organisations.
The
Director’s General is the maximum person in charge of the Management of
ONCE and of the execution of any of the General Council decisions.
