Anne M. Noble, CT Lottery Corporation's President & CEO Leaving the CT Lottery
ROCKY HILL, CT (August 30, 2016) -- Anne M. Noble, CT Lottery Corporation’s President & CEO, today announced that she will be leaving the Lottery after 10 years of state service.  In September, Noble will begin serving as a Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors to assist in the smooth transition to a new President & CEO.
Under Anne Noble’s leadership, the Corporation delivered rising profits to the General Fund, with seven years of return records.  During her tenure, the Lottery adopted a broad corporate social responsibility program and has been repeatedly recognized nationally for its commitment to responsible gambling.  “Anne Noble has established a solid foundation for the Lottery’s future growth and this organization flourished under her steady guidance,” stated Frank Farricker.  “Anne was instrumental in the successful roll out of Keno this past spring, which is outperforming expectations, as well as the expansion of the popular Lucky for Life game from Connecticut to New England, and now sales nationwide,” according to Frank Farricker.
I am honored to have played a significant role in shaping this organization over the last decade and appreciate the support of the Board and my team in consistently meeting the Lottery’s mission with integrity, creativity and dedication,” said Noble.
Lottery sales benefit Connecticut's residents in valuable ways.  In unaudited results for fiscal year 2016, the CT Lottery provided a record of $337.5 million to support the valuable services and programs funded by the state’s General Fund and players won $760.3 million in prize money. Since the Lottery began in 1972, contributions to the General Fund have exceeded $8.5 billion.
