2006) -- Lotrich Information Co., Ltd. outbid rivals to win contract to supply
lottery information systems to Chinatrust Financial Holding Co., Ltd., which
beat Taipei Fubon Bank early this year to win the franchise to operate a
government-contracted lottery over the next seven years. Capitalized at
NT$501 million (US$15 million), Lotrich is 30% owned by Firich Information Co.,
Ltd. and the FIC Group-held First Data System Inc., respectively, as well as
40% held by Intralot S.A of Greece. Lotrich's provision covers equipment,
