Tipp24 AG was founded in 1999 by Marc Peters and Jens Schumann. With total billings of €204.7 million in 2005, Tipp24 believes that it has a leading market position as an online broker of state-owned lottery products in Germany (billings-based assessment).
Since 2002, the number of our registered customers has increased by more than 40% p.a to more than 1.3 million (as at: 31.December 2005).
Tipp24 AG is a Germany-based provider of lottery services that markets state-licensed and guaranteed gaming products via electronic media, especially the Internet, which is based in Hamburg. The service portfolio is comprised of products of the Deutsche Lotto- and Totoblock, class lotteries, the German television lottery and value-added combined products. Through the Company's Website, www.tipp24.de, customers can take part in almost any type of state lottery games, as well as sports betting, the Gluecksspirale game and online lottery scratch cards. Daily and weekly draws for cash prizes are other Company's flagship products. As of December 31, 2006 approximately 1.8 million customers were registered with Tipp24. It has three wholly owned subsidiaries, including GSG Lottery Systems operating on German market; Ventura24, present on Spanish market, and Italian Puntogioco24, which is active in Italy.
