TIPOS, a joint-stock company, was established by the foundation deed concluded on December 11th, 1992. The company started to operate on January 1st, 1993. The nominal capital was SKK 4 million. At present, the nominal capital of the company is SKK 11 million. The company has been established for unlimited period of time.
The subject of the activities of the company is the operation of number lotteries and betting games in pursuance of the corresponding provisions of the Act of Slovak National Council (SNR) No. 194/1990 col., on lotteries and other similar games, in the wording of changes and amendments, and according to the licenses of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic issued for these activities.
Since its establishment, the company has been operating the number lotteries ŠPORTKA, ŠANCA, MATES and STÁVKA 5 of 40 on the basis of the licenses issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.
