Basel, Switzerland (September 16, 2008) -- Phantom Fiber
Toronto, (PHTB: OTCBB), mobile software provider, wrongly claims that Swisslos
is a client, falsely stating they “recently signed Swiss Lottery"
in corporate filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC).
Swisslos has neither concluded any vendor agreement directly with
Phantom Fiber at any time in the past nor intends to in the foreseeable
future.
Phantom Fiber did not comply with the written demand to remove the
false reference.
