RIGA, Latvia (April 27,
2009) -- Latvian gambling and lottery operators reported 31.284 million lats
(EUR 44.513 mln.) in aggregate first-quarter sales in 2009, which is a 33.8%
slump from the same period a year ago, the head of the gambling industry
