The launch of the National Lottery of Kazakhstan took
place on June 8, 1998.
The difference between the National Lotteries and a
number of privately operated lotteries is that the revenue raised by the
National Lottery is directed to a number of social projects specified in the
2030 Program by the President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
