The Jamaica Lottery Company Limited ("JLC") is a privately held Jamaican company licensed by the government of Jamaica to conduct lottery games of chance under the auspices of the Betting Gaming & Lotteries Commission. The JLC started selling Instant scratch and win games back in the early 90's. On November 19, 1994, the JLC launched its land-based electronic system with the globally popular Lotto game. In May of 1997, the JLC launched a daily 3-digit game currently called Pick 3. The JLC is a member of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries ("NASPL") www.naspl.org and one of the few lottery organizations outside North America to have membership in this highly recognized organization.
