Background Information

The "European State Lotteries and Toto Association" (EL) is an independent European association composed of State Lottery and Toto companies established in Europe.
The former European Association of State Lotteries and Lottos was founded on November 29, 1983 in Montreux, Switzerland.
EL is made up of 47 State Lotteries and Lottos which are regular members (State Lotteries) as well as of 7 regular observer members (Lotteries) and 38 associate members (Lottery suppliers).

Veikkaus to Host the EL 2011 Congress of the European Gaming Organizations
