The Rolldown Game began September 8,
2000 Rolldown is a lotto game that always pays out the jackpot pool. If
there is no jackpot prize winner, the jackpot rolls down to all other prize
levels. The game is played in the states of Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana,
Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and West Virginia.
HOW TO PLAY Rolldown is an on-line lotto game with a
pari-mutuel cash jackpot prize that rolls down to the other prize levels if it
is not won on a particular draw. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday night
we draw five balls out of a drum containing 55 balls (marked 01-55). Players
win by matching 2, 3, 4, or 5 of the numbers drawn. The Grand Prize is won by
matching all five numbers. You can also win cash prizes of $500 for matching
four numbers; $10 for matching three numbers; and $1 for matching two numbers.
If no one wins the jackpot, then the money in the jackpot prize pool rolls
down to all other prize levels. These prize levels become pari-mutuel and will
generally quadruple in size. For example, if you matched 4 numbers, the $500
prize, on average, will pay out around $2,000. Check out the Rolldown Prizes
& Odds. The overall odds of winning a prize in this game are better than 1
in 17. Please see brochures available at your Rolldown retailer or the state
lottery rules for the official game rules. The lotteries that sell the
Rolldown game are, Delaware, Iowa, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana,
Nebraska, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and West Virginia. Drawings ARE held
every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
