Consultants. I am thinking of copyrighting or trademarking
this "Bites the Dust" headline, (maybe even patenting it in the US which
seems to be what you do with anything remotely connected with lotteries these
days). This is the third piece I have written on African lotteries this
past few weeks with "Bites the Dust" in the headline, something is going very
wrong given the supposed expertise of experienced executives and
consultants who have been played a role in these new start ups in Africa.
First it was Swaziland and now a lot of well known people and organizations
have put their reputations on the line over the Nigerian start ups
