Jaehwan Kim is the
Brand Manager for Sports TOTO Co., Ltd Seoul, Korea. He is currently in charge

She holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the National University of
Singapore and a Master of Philosophy degree in Civil Engineering from the Hong
Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She is a Certified Carbon
Audit Professional (CAP), a LEED Green Associate, member of Hong Kong
Institution of Engineers and BEAM Professional and recently been appointed as
the Adjunct Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering
Department of the HKUST.

Dr. Jasmine Loo is
a Psychologist and Lecturer at Department of Psychology, HELP University, Kuala
Lumpur. She maintains a working liaison with The University of Queensland,
Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, and Oxford
University. She had also provided consultancy services for a post-natal
depression unit at Belmont Private Hospital among other psychological services.
Jasmine is a published author in international journals and have presented in
international conferences such as the World Psychiatric Association
International Congress, Australian Psychological Society Annual Conference, and

received awards such as the University of Queensland Postgraduate Research

Sundramoorthy is an associate professor of criminology and has been
working as a faculty member in the School of Social Sciences at University
Sains Malaysia since June 1994. Recently, he and his co-researchers
successfully completed a consultation project on "The Root Causes of Crime in
Malaysia" which was funded by the Ministry of Finance for the government of
Malaysia. Since 2008, he is the principal investigator for two research
projects on "Public Perception on Crime Survey" and "Public Perception on
Policing Survey". In 2009, the Royal Malaysia Police appointed
Sundramoorthy as the principal investigator for all research that will be
undertaken in the area of "Crime and Policing in Malaysia".
Sundramoorthy was invited as a 'Visiting Professor' to University of
Utah (USA), where he taught a course in "Comparative Criminal Justice of United
States of America and Malaysia". In 2002, he was invited as a 'Visiting
Professor' to Chubu University in Nagoya, Japan. From 1999 to 2003,
Sundramoorthy was the Principle Researcher for a 'HIV Impact Assessment'
project where he led a team of scholars from Asia-Pacific (a project fully
funded by United Nations Development Programme). Since 1997, Sundramoorthy has
been serving as executive member on the Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation
(Penang). In October 2010, the Prime Minister of Malaysia appointed
Sundramoorthy as an executive member of the Malaysia Crime Prevention
Foundation at the federal level.

Tim Walter joined
Tatts Group in January 2005 and is the Retail Manager
Tatts Lotteries. Tim is
responsible for managing the operations of Tatts national retail network
covering three jurisdictions in over 1000 Franchise stores across Australia.
Specifically he is responsible for network development, turnover and revenue
growth, and managing commercial relationships to provide direction and focus to
Tatts business partners and key industry stakeholders.
Tim has extensive
retail management, operations and network development experience covering 17
years in both public and private retail organisations. In particular, leading

Manager of Corporate Planning and Responsible Gaming at
Singapore Pools. She
joined Singapore Pools in 2001. Prior to that, she was an Auditor at
PricewaterhouseCoopers. She graduated from the Nanyang Technological University
of Singapore with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy in 1998.
Riku Soininen is
the CEO and Managing Director of Advant Games Ltd, an innovation partner for
lotteries that facilitates the Lottery Innovation Network for the regulated
gaming operators globally.
Before his current position at Advant Games,
Soininen acted as the Head of Innovation at Veikkaus Oy, the Finnish National
Lottery. During his 10 year career in Veikkaus, Soininen was involved in
several international and European cooperation initiatives mainly within
WLA (World Lottery
Association) and EL (European
Soininen has a degree of MSc and Licensiate of Technology
in Information Technology. Before joining Veikkaus in the 90's, Soininen headed
Digital Media Institute at Tampere Univesity of Technology and the ICT Center
of Excellence in Tampere, Finland.

for business, across the ASEAN countries of Singapore Malaysia, Thailand,
Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Chris has more than 24 years of sales
and business consulting experience gained through corporations such as IBM,
Microsoft and Telstra across Australia, Asia Pacific and India. He has worked
on assignments in Europe, the UK and the US and has resided in Singapore for
the last 3 years.
Before rejoining IBM in 2010, Chris spent the previous
14 years within Microsoft commencing his career in Business & Partner
Development roles in Australia in 1996. He held several Territory Management,
Partner Development and Sales Leadership positions within Microsoft and has
been credited as a co-founder and developer of Microsoft's Capability Based
selling methodology. He was also part of the initial team who developed
Microsoft first Campus and School Volume Licensing program, based upon what
Microsoft now refers to as Enterprise Agreements. He was also credited with the
negotiation and formation of the first jointly funded and resourced Microsoft
Innovation Centre with the South Australian Government.
Prior to that,
Chris has held a Client Account Executive position in Telstra Australia, and
Industry Sales Management positions in IBM where he commenced his career in
Australia in 1986 as a Software Sales Specialist.
Chris holds a both a
Bachelor and Masters of Business from University of South Australia which he
complemented over the years with post graduate qualifications from the
University of Southern Queensland in Professional Communications and e-Business
Lead, Collaboration Architecture Marketing and TelePresence Field Marketing,
Asia Pacific Cisco Systems.
Peter heads the Collaboration Architecture
Marketing efforts for Asia Pac covering Enterprise and Mid-market within Cisco
Systems. Overseeing a team of marketing specialists this comprises the areas of
Collaboration and TelePresence. Having lived in Singapore for 15 years Peter
was previously the Managing Director for GN Netcom(Jabra) in Asia for close to
seven years looking after the end to end business in all of Asia excluding ANZ
and Japan. In this role Peter was also responsible for Marketing across APJ.
Prior to coming to Asia in 1995 as the Export Counselor at the Danish
Embassy, Peter worked within a subsidiary of the Danish Networking Gear
Manufacturer Olicom focusing on Data Communications across EMEA.
also a founding member of the CCAS (Contact Centre Association of Singapore)
where he was the Vice Chairman until 2008 and spearheaded the creation of
Telemarketing Guidelines for the Financial Industry in Singapore working with
the Government and the Industry.
Inside Cisco Peter was also a founding
member of the Cisco Asia Civic Council which oversees the giving back
activities across the Asia Sales region, inclusive of donation drives and
collaboration with various NGO's.
