Paf, founded already in 1966, is an association governed by public law, whose goal is to raise money for the public good by offering gaming to the public. Paf is, by the Provincial Åland Government, entitled to arrange gaming on Åland, onboard ships and on the Internet.
The Paf group consists of the parent company Paf that manages gaming operations in the independent province of Åland, onboard Åland and Finnish owned ferries and gaming on the Internet with among others, casino gaming, several lottery games and sports betting in different forms. The international gaming operation is managed by the wholly owned subsidiary Paf Consulting Ab and its foreign subsidiaries and associated companies.
Internet gaming offers betting, games of skill, slots, bingo, poker, and casino and lottery games. The Paf gaming portfolio in its entirety comprises operation of slot machines, casinos, betting, bingo, lotteries, totalisators, and amusement games.
