Biography: Rick Wisler

A native of Allentown, Pennsylvania, Rick Wisler joined the New Hampshire Sweepstakes Commission as a part-time stock clerk in 1975. Since that time, he has held numerous Lottery positions, including Field Representative, Warehouse Supervisor, Games Supervisor and Games Manager.

Upon the retirement of Lottery Executive Director James Wimsatt in May, 1995, Wisler was named Acting Administrative Head. He was later appointed Executive Director in August
