Dr. Friedhelm Repnik Biography: Dr. Friedhelm Repnik, CEO of Staatliche Toto-Lotto GmbH Baden- Württemberg and and figurehead of the Deutscher Lotto- und Totoblock (DLTB). Dr. Repnik was born in Konstanz in 1949. He studied pharmacy in Tübingen. Since 1988 he serves as member of parliament at the Landtag of Baden-Württemberg.
