Kathleen Pushor, former Executive Director of the Arizona Lottery

Kathleen Pushor, Executive Director Corporate marketing specialist Kathleen "Katie" Pushor was named Executive Director of the Arizona Lottery in February, 2003.

For the past four years, Pushor has operated her own business, helping companies to develop computer information systems and business development strategies using the Internet and other high tech means. She is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of MicroAge, Inc., and previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers&Lybrand) as an accountant and director of Personnel, Finance and Administration.

She is co-author of Into the Boardroom: How to Get Your First Seat on a Corporate Board. A seasoned director, she serves on the board of a publicly traded company in Seattle, Washington, where she chairs the Information Technology Advisory Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.

An early leader in the high-tech arena, Pushor has consulted on technology distribution and served as executive vice president of a boutique investment bank specializing in the IT/Internet services sector. Additionally, she served on an industry-wide organization promoting standards for Internet commerce. She is a founding board member of Leadership America, a national organization for women who lead.

Pushor received her bachelor's degree in business and accounting from the University of Colorado.

Insight Enterprises Inc. Appoints Two New Members to Board of Directors; Kathleen Pushor and CEO Richard Fennessy Appointed to the Board
TEMPE, Ariz.(Sept. 26, 2005) -- Insight Enterprises Inc. (Nasdaq: NSIT) ("Insight") announced today the appointment of Kathleen S. Pushor and Richard A. Fennessy to the board of directors on Sept. 23, 2005. Pushor, who presently serves as chief executive officer of the Arizona Lottery, is a seasoned executive with established contacts and expertise in marketing and the distribution of information technology-related products. Earlier in her career, she served as chief marketing officer for MicroAge Inc., a Fortune 500 company with 1998 revenues in excess of $5 billion. In addition to previously serving on the board of directors for Zones Inc. and Zanova, Pushor is co-author of "Into the Boardroom," a book introducing senior executives to the basics of corporate governance and the process by which new members are seated. Pushor will serve on two board committees, the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Fennessy joined Insight as the chief executive officer in November of 2004. In connection with Fennessy's appointment as chief executive officer, Insight agreed to appoint Fennessy to the board upon the appointment of an additional independent director. The role of chairman of the board, held by Timothy A. Crown, will continue to be independent of the chief executive officer. Fennessy - chief executive officer. The independent board members are: Larry A. Gunning; Robertson C. Jones; Michael M. Fisher; Bennett Dorrance; and Kathleen S. Pushor.
