Biography: A Lottery industry
veteran, Boehm has served in executive positions with several state lotteries
as well as a management consultant to businesses in the gaming sector. His
previous positions include:
Director of Operations for the Arizona Lottery for
GTech Corporation, a lottery industry vendor;
Deputy Director
for the Minnesota State Lottery;
Program Director for Control Data
Corporation; and
Vice President of Operations for Syntech International, a company
involved in the lottery industry. In addition, Boehm was the chief
architect for the implementation of the first fully automated Lottery Instant
Ticket accounting and processing system, created to launch the Minnesota
Lottery. He was also a Vice President of Technologies for American Express
Corporation. Boehm holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from
Western Michigan University and a bachelor's degree in mathematics and
education from Michigan State University.
